Our Initiatives
PACIS IN TERRA (Peace on Earth) Charity Foundation activities include enhancing peace building initiatives in our communities as well as during human and environmental conflicts.
Lead local, regional, and continental discussion on harnessing diverse ideas to develop blueprints towards upward mobility of human development in the entire human society.
Humanitarian intervention when possible and to render counseling, rehabilitation, aid support and re-integration of displaced persons and people in conflict zones, offering emotional, spiritual and psychological support to the displaced in the society, helping them back to their homes.
Facilitating dialogues for peace attainment between stakeholders in the conflict resolution and demobilization at workplace, home, and community, and at inter- state level.
Champion peace leadership development workshops for corporate organisations and government institutions.
COUNSELLING
In counselling, our areas of expertise are mood difficulties, anxiety treatment, depression counselling, self-esteem management, anger management counselling, and adjustment. Youth and marriage counselling are strongly emphasised
REHABILITATION
PACIS IN TERRA Foundation shall rehabilitate people (youth and adults) with special difficulties such as drug addition behaviour, Social vices including all kinds of Bad Habits, Cultism, Alcoholism, Sexism, etc.
REINTIGRATION
We shall reintegrate those rehabilitated into their family, peers, society, organisations, school, workplace, etc., with a positive attitude and outlook to life via “nonviolence training program.””
We shall make use of our psychologists, counsellors, and therapists to help our clients resolve problems, clarify issues, surmount obstacles, and discover better ways.
PEACE CENTRE
The proposed centre shall be on five plots of land measuring 2500sqm, with a total built area of 1500sqm, comprises of a building of two floors of twenty rooms on the first and second floors while the ground floor comprises of offices, classroom, conference room and meeting room and a bungalow for sports, chapel and restaurant.
There shall be a spacious car park on 400sqm and a green land/ flower garden on 700sqm. The centre shall be situated in a quit, serene, and natural environment.
The time has come to assist our people and society to transform their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
